“We stayed at the Cottonwood house with six of us, and it was ideal. The house sleeps up to 11, so we had plenty of room to spread out comfortably. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to cook every meal, which made the stay very convenient. Everything was labeled for easy use. The view from the second-floor balcony was gorgeous, and the pool was a fantastic feature. The beds were so comfortable, the house was quiet, and it was clean — you can tell it’s an older home that’s been beautifully remodeled and updated. Gram worthy walls for great photos. A beautiful, comfortable home and a great start to what we hope becomes a bi-annual tradition. Thank you for hosting us!”

“Beautiful house , just like shown in the pictures. Host Ian was always communicating with us from the first day of our reservation until our check out. We really enjoyed our stay. Very spacious and peaceful. Beautiful view of the mountains from Sedona. Super clean and had all the amenities you need in the kitchen and all the bedrooms and bathrooms. The labels on the kitchen cabinets were helpful and easy to find everything you needed. I highly recommend this place.”
