“We had a few issues because of rain and not the fault of the hosts, as well as a few small appliance issues, but each time we reached out, they were responsive immediately and even sent replacements within the hour. The only drawback was the rain, so we couldn't use the pool or hot tub the entire time which I assume is built into the price of the rental. Again, out of the hosts control, but was a bit disappointing to not use all of the amenities. My only recommendation because I had a dog was a small fenced in area on the property, so my dog and children could run around without my fearing the wildlife as there were javelinas walking around freely in the back and in the front.”

“This home in Cottonwood was amazing. The view from the deck was incredible. The home was perfect for our party of 8 and a little one. We had plenty of room and was spread out enough where we had our own space. We spent a lot of time of time on the spacious deck where it was shaded all day. The inside was clean and had all the amenities anyone would need. I would def recommend this home and will stay again when back in AZ! Host was quick to respond and accommodated a couple needs we requested. Very appreciative of that!”

“We really enjoyed the location, beautiful views, and privacy of this home, which made it a great base for exploring Sedona. It felt private and rural but just around the corner from many amenities. We loved having a pool and hot tub. The house has a lot going for it. However, it is showing wear and would benefit from some deeper cleaning and maintenance. For a home that accommodates larger groups, we found the kitchen lacking some basic cooking, food storage, and serving items. As advertised, there is only a charcoal grill (and it was full of bugs). We like to unpack for the week versus trip over suitcases, the listing mentioned hangers but there were very few, and there are no dressers. I like a firm bed but all the mattresses are VERY firm memory foam style which we found uncomfortable. Overall, we loved the setting and privacy and had a good stay; a few updates and improvements would make the home even more comfortable. We especially loved the no fuss check out process!”

“We stayed at the Cottonwood house with six of us, and it was ideal. The house sleeps up to 11, so we had plenty of room to spread out comfortably. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to cook every meal, which made the stay very convenient. Everything was labeled for easy use. The view from the second-floor balcony was gorgeous, and the pool was a fantastic feature. The beds were so comfortable, the house was quiet, and it was clean — you can tell it’s an older home that’s been beautifully remodeled and updated. Gram worthy walls for great photos. A beautiful, comfortable home and a great start to what we hope becomes a bi-annual tradition. Thank you for hosting us!”
