Booking
- How many people does Sedona Mountain View sleep?
- Sedona Mountain View sleeps up to 11 guests across 5 bedrooms with 3.5 bathrooms. The whole home is yours — no shared spaces.

Arrival
- What time is check-in and check-out?
- Check-In: 4:00 PM. Check-Out: 11:00 AM.
- How do we get in when we arrive?
- Self check-in with a keypad lock — no key to collect and no one to meet. Your personal door code and step-by-step arrival instructions are sent before you travel.
Rules
- Are pets allowed?
- Maximum: 3 pets. Pets are not permitted on furniture or bedding. Pets may not enter or use the pool or hot tub. All waste must be cleaned up and properly disposed of. Pets must be kept supervised at all times.
- Is smoking allowed?
- This is a strictly non-smoking property. Smoking or vaping of any substance indoors — including in bathrooms — will result in a minimum $500 deodorization fee charged to the security deposit.
- Can we host an event or party?
- Events and parties are not permitted. The property is for registered guests only. Unauthorized gatherings exceeding the registered guest count will result in immediate termination of the booking without refund. Minimum guest age: 21. The primary booker must be 21 or older and present during the stay.
- Are there quiet hours?
- A Minut noise monitoring sensor is installed on the outdoor patio. It measures decibel levels only — it does not record audio or video. Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM nightly. Outdoor music and amplified sound must be kept to conversational levels after 9:00 PM. The sensor alerts us if sound levels exceed neighborhood thresholds.
The Home
- Is the pool heated, and is there a hot tub?
- Pool is heated — temperature can be adjusted by request. Hot tub is available year-round. No glass in the pool or hot tub area. Children must be supervised at all times. Rinse before entering the pool or hot tub. Pool and hot tub are for registered guests only. No diving — check depth before entering.
- Is there WiFi?
- Yes — the home has WiFi throughout, and the network name and password are in your arrival details and in the welcome guide once you have booked.
