By law this home may NOT be used for events, parties or large gatherings. We regularly see javelina, deer, skunks and bobcats. Do not approach or feed these animals! Please do not unplug electronics or move furniture. There are 3 security cameras located at the front entry to the house, the purpose of the cameras is to prevent parties and damage to the home. Please note that the swimming pool is not heated. Absolutely no smoking inside, this will result in a minimum fee of $500 for deodorization. Limit of 3 pets per stay.
