Cancellation Policy
  • Cancellations made 30+ days before check-in receive a full refund.
  • Cancellations 14–29 days before check-in receive a 50% refund.
  • Cancellations within 14 days are non-refundable.
House Rules
  • No smoking or vaping indoors — $500 deodorization fee for violations.
  • No events or parties — registered guests only.
  • No pets on furniture or in the pool.
  • Maximum 3 pets.
  • Minimum age requirement: 21 years. Primary booker must be present.

  • Smart lock entry — unique access code provided in check-in message.
  • Code is active only during your reservation window.
Pet Policy
Maximum3 pets
  • No pets on furniture or bedding.
  • No pets in or near the pool or hot tub.
  • All waste must be disposed of properly.
Parking
  • Driveway parking available for up to 3 vehicles.
  • Do not block the street or neighboring driveways.
Noise & Neighbors
  • A Minut noise sensor monitors outdoor decibel levels on the patio.
  • Quiet hours: 10:00 PM daily.
  • Sedona is a quiet community — please respect neighbors.
